Welcome Andrew Kleeman, Vice President of Asset Management

AMC Delancey is pleased to announce that Andrew J. Kleeman has joined the firm as the Vice President of Asset Management. Mr.. Kleeman joins AMC Delancey from Washington D.C. based US Inspect, where he served as the national directory of US Inspect's commercial services division. Prior to US Inspect, Mr.. Kleeman was the President of Kleeman Associates, Inc., a real estate inspection and consulting firm which, prior to its acquisition by US Inspect, had provided consulting services to the Delancey group for over a decade.
